Prime Commercial Farms, driven by the vision of establishing a modern commercial farm, engaged PSE Consultants to conduct a comprehensive study and design of the farm. Our mission was to explore efficient farming solutions, develop sustainable systems, and pave the way for efficient agricultural practices for the company.

On-Site Tasks

Impact
Increased yield and profits — rice yield went from less than 1 tonne per hectare to 4 tonnes per hectare. Improved working conditions for labourers. Engaged the local community through support programs, fostering trust and collaboration.
