Commercial Terms

Fixed Scope

All advisory engagements have a defined agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate engagement. Clients receive exactly what is specified in the deliverables list—no more, no less.

Limited Revisions

Most products include one round of clarifications or revisions addressing factual corrections or assumption clarifications. Additional rounds constitute separate engagement at standard hourly rates.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment required before work commences. Balance due upon draft delivery. Final report released upon full payment. Bank transfer or wire payment accepted.

Delivery Timeline

Turnaround begins upon receipt of advance payment and all required client inputs. Delays in client provision of information extend delivery timeline proportionally.

Custom Requirements: Clients requiring modifications to standard product scope should contact PSE for bespoke consulting engagement. Custom engagements follow standard consulting terms with negotiated scope and fees.

Engagement Process

All specialist advisory engagements follow a structured four-step process from request to delivery.

Client submits engagement request specifying the required service and providing relevant background information. PSE responds within 48 hours with a formal proposal, scope, terms of reference and fee quote.

Document Upload & Payment

Upon acceptance, client uploads required reference documents and remits advance payment. PSE confirms receipt and provides estimated delivery date. Client receives secure portal access for document exchange.

Production & Draft Delivery

PSE produces deliverable according to product specifications. Draft delivered for client review. Client submits clarification questions or factual corrections within 5 working days. Balance payment due upon draft delivery.

Final Delivery

PSE addresses clarifications (if within scope) and delivers final report. Final deliverable released upon receipt of balance payment. Client receives PDF and editable formats where applicable.
